Check-Out Policy: Check-out is at 11:00 am. Restrictions: Pap's Cottage is an alcohol- and smoke-free environment. Pets are not permitted. Appropriate dress is required at all times; please no bikinis. If playing in the brook, please wear old shorts. Rate and Deposit Policies: Sunday through Thursday: $95 - $135/night Friday and Saturday: $150 - $220/night *Rates apply for two people, $50 per guest thereafter.

Rates do not include sales and room taxes and are subject to change without notice. Rates for confirmed reservations will remain guaranteed. All payments and deposits must be made in cash, money order, or personal check made payable to Dennis Sherman.

Minimum deposit of one night's stay is required. Cancellation 10 days or more before your stay is allowed. No refunds will be given if notified of cancellation within 10 days of reservation, except for extenuating circumstances to be approved at owner's discretion.

All weekends and special events require a 2-night minimum stay. All weekends are considered a 2-night minimum when booked two weeks or more in advance. If making a reservation within two weeks of your desired stay, a single Friday or Saturday night may be booked.
